Matt Becker is an Associate with our firm. Matt handles all of the DUI and other criminal matters that we take on, in addition to handling much of the District Justice trial work. Matt has experience working in both a Prosecutor's office and with the Public Defender. He represents clients through all stages of the criminal process including Preliminary Hearings, Plea Bargains, ARD, Phoenix Court, Formal Arraignment, Trials, and Appeals
Clay Morrow handles legal matters out of our Pittsburgh office. Clay has handled Consumer Law cases for almost 20 years and has developed a reputation as one of the finest consumer law attorneys in Western Pennsylvania. Clay focuses his practice on unfair debt collection claims, unfair credit reporting claims and identity theft.
Greg Artim handles matters out of our North Versailles office. Greg began his legal career representing large financial institutions and insurance companies in collection matters on the creditor side. Greg switched over to handling these claims on the debtor side several years ago, and thus has experience on both sides of the collection issues. Greg handles the credit card and collection agency lawsuit defense cases at our firm (Greg handles approximately 15 of these cases each month). Greg also handles the defective vehicle cases under the PA Lemon Law and the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.
